- All complaints and queries are contacted by phone or post within three working days of us receiving the customer details
- Appointments are made within ten working days.
- Repairs are carried out on site.
- Comprehensive, detailed reports are returned by fax or email to you within two working days of appointment
- We do work weekends where needed
- Photographic evidence is available where required
- Available by phone, fax and email means we are there when you need us
